SchoolCR goes live across Tanzanian schools
Our school management platform is now running admissions, attendance, results and fee collection for schools across Tanzania.

Built with registrars, not for them
SchoolCR started in the administration offices of Tanzanian schools. We spent months watching registrars reconcile paper admission files, chase fee balances and rebuild result sheets by hand at the end of every term.
The platform now handles the full academic cycle:
- Admissions and student records with document attachments
- Daily attendance capture that works on low-cost Android devices
- Continuous assessment, examination marks and automated report cards
- Fee invoicing, mobile money reconciliation and balance statements
Designed for real connectivity
Every screen is built to survive intermittent connectivity. Data captured offline is queued locally and synchronised the moment a connection returns, so a power cut never costs a day of attendance records.
What comes next
The next release adds parent messaging in Swahili and English, timetable conflict detection and a bursary tracking module for sponsored learners.
